FAQ: Pregnancy: For those expecting, modifications are available, and it’s advisable to start after the 12th week. Flexibility: You don’t need to be flexible to start; the practice helps you gain flexibility gradually. Heat Intolerance: You will notice after 3 or 4 cumulative classes your body will be able to tolerate the heat. All Ages: Suitable for people of any age, promoting overall well-being.
All you need to do is breathe everything else is optional.
Consistency yields greater results. Therefore, we recommend a minimum of 3 classes a week to create noticeable change in your mind, body, and energy.

Are you enjoying your practice and want to take it up a notch? Dealing with an injury? Curious? All of our teachers are available for private lessons. Through thorough examination of the postures you will find a deeper connection to you by practice of these disciplines.
At Hot Yoga Naples, our private group lessons offer greater personalization and individual guidance than our traditional classes and drop-in sessions, but they are still designed to address the wellness and progress of the entire group. No one will be overlooked or “left behind” as you experience greater personal growth together.
