Our Current Class Offerings
Hot 90 (Bikram) – This class is available to all body types and all levels of understanding. Hot Yoga builds an unshakable foundation for life and therapeutically works every system of your body. Practice this twenty-six posture beginning yoga set to systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body. Through the practice, every organ and every fiber of your body is revitalized.
Hot Yoga systematically restores all your systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Students experience proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well being that automatically follows. You will feel this set in the way you experience your body, mind, and spirit after class. Hot Yoga is scientifically designed to deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body. This strengthening prevents illness and injury, promotes weight loss, and limits the effects of aging.
In addition, this series combines concentration, patience, determination, faith, and self-control which increases mental clarity and reduces stress. The heat is a tool to warm your muscles, prevent injury, allow a deeper connection and cleanse the body by flushing toxins.
Most noteworthy is that consistency yields greater results. Therefore, we recommend a minimum of 3 classes a week to create noticeable change in your mind, body, and energy.
The Advanced (84 postures) class is for students with a regular practice of 90 minutes classes, ideally have been practicing regularly for over a year or more, that are committed to their yoga practice and have a desire to improve their overall skills and knowledge. There is no age limit although the classes are more vigorous than a regular class.
Expect to be challenged both physically and mentally as the class requires stamina and increased strength and flexibility, but in a supportive and fun way. These classes are less dialogue based and more about just trying, committing and experiencing what is possible in the mind and body.
These classes are challenging, community based and are less formal, so expect to work hard, laugh and receive more individual attention to help you grow your overall yoga experience!
The Advanced class is a carefully constructed sequence of 84 asanas that will challenge your body and mind to limits that you did not think were possible.

The Advanced class provides a complete breakdown of these challenging postures under careful guidance and encouragement. Prepare your body to continue to grow and develop your practice as you sweat, struggle, laugh, and even cry yourself to a stronger, more flexible body and mind.
The best way for the body and mind to grow is to be continuously stretched to their limits. It’s easy to stick to your routine and move through your everyday motions; however, growth comes from new challenges and striving for new levels of experience within the body and mind. The advanced series is a perfect opportunity to learn new postures, new techniques, within a supportive and more personal environment.
You will be amazed at how your postures and overall practice develops in a short space of time!
Are you enjoying your practice and want to take it up a notch? Dealing with an injury? Curious? All of our teachers are available for private lessons. Through thorough examination of the postures you will find a deeper connection to you by practice of these disciplines.
At Hot Yoga Naples, our private group lessons offer greater personalization and individual guidance than our traditional classes and drop-in sessions, but they are still designed to address the wellness and progress of the entire group. No one will be overlooked or “left behind” as you experience greater personal growth together.
We believe wholeheartedly in the 90 min 26&2 as a therapeutic treatment for your whole body, mind and spirit. Sometimes time is tight and you just need a quick, good sweat. We’ve created a space with music that will help you create more strength and balance in your 90 min class. This is going to be Epic!

ADDRESSING COMMON IMBALANCE, TIGHTNESS & WEAKNESS
The class will work to build functional strength and range of motion in the major joints and muscles. Therapeutic exercises are done in movement, in contrast to yoga postures which are held in stillness. These exercises move the body through its range of motion with each repetition.
In addition, therapeutic exercises are intended to bring health and ease to the body and mind. They have the ability to strengthen weak areas and relax tight ones when employed properly.
This is appropriate for the most beginning, debilitated, weak or tight student. Therapeutic exercises are intentionally designed to help build health, function and ease.

This non-heated practice was created by Mary Jarvis to relieve pain in the body and reverse spine damage. In the process of practicing Yoga ShapeShifting, you will open, strengthen and transform your body and your Bikram Practice. We will be working with you, body part by body part.
Sheila has been working with this for almost a decade and is super excited to share this practice with all of us! Sheila has used it to heal Sciatica, lower back pain and her most recent discovery is relief from recurrent inflammation in her knee!
Tight hips? Tight hamstrings? Stiff lower back? If so, Science of Stretching can help!
Science of Stretching is a targeted mobility training method that involves long-hold stretches that work to open up your body. Poses are practiced completely relaxed, passively, so gravity does most of the work It is a very simple, science-based approach to improving flexibility that is effective for everyone. The practice is meant to supplement, not replace, other forms of yoga or exercise.
The class is an hour long. Props are used to get into and hold the poses. Bring blocks, and a towel to roll up or yoga cushion.
Inferno Hot Pilates Creates long, lean muscles mass and burns fat. Class is based on the principles of Pilates and HIIT. The results are super-fast. This whole-body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation and increases flexibility. The room is heated to 95 degrees.
Our regular 26 & 2 but Free!! All are welcome. We offer this class on the 2nd Saturday of every month at 10:15am.
